Can you relate to any of the following?

Are you time blind?

Thinking something will take 5 minutes…

2 hours later, you're still at it!

ADHD Time Math: 5 minutes = 2 hours.

2 hours = 5 minutes.

Time blindness refers to the inability to recognize when time has passed, or to estimate how long something will take. Poor time awareness is a common ADHD tendency and can lead to  much frustration for you and your loved ones.

Procrastination
frustration?

ADHD cleaning logic: If I alphabetize the books,

the floor will clean itself, right?

Do you often push off taks that are bothersome or boring?

Most people who procrastinate find that, although it’s somewhat of an annoying habit, it’s not extremely problematic and rarely causes any issues or ongoing stress. In people with ADHD, repeated procrastination can often become a big issue which causes lots of stress, missed deadlines, and a general feeling of disorganisation.

To-do list?
Or idea dump?

To-do list: 3 things from today, 7 from last week,

and 1 from 2019.

Endless to-do lists can feel like a burden, especially when tasks never seem to get completed.

Many people keep copying unfinished tasks from one list to the next, creating a cycle that feels impossible to break.

The weight of these never-ending lists can be exhausting.

With personalised coaching, you can break free from endless list-making and turn those tasks into accomplishments.

Chani Sprei BSc, AACC

Hi, I’m Chani, an ADDCA certified ADHD coach who really gets it.

Being a latecomer to discovering my ADHD, I truly understand the adult ADHD struggle.

I’m also a mum of a few little ones, so I deeply empathize with the ADHD craziness of running a home, juggling children, workplace challenges, work/life balance, and all the rest of the ADHD fun.

As a coach, I focus on helping adults find practical, realistic strategies that fit their unique brains and lives. I’m all about breaking things down into manageable steps that are so easy, it’s almost cheating.

We celebrate the wins (big and small) and create systems that work and feel good for you – not ones you think you’re “supposed” to use. We stay away from advice like “just do it like this” and “try it like that”, because chances are you’ve "tried it like this and like that" and it’s not worked.

Whether you’re looking for more focus, time management, structure, confidence – or just trying to feel like you’re not chronically overwhelmed – I’m here to help. I bring warmth, understanding, and a no-judgment vibe to my sessions.

We’ll brainstorm ways to make things more fun because life is always better that way.

ADHD can be challenging for sure, but it can also be an incredible gift when we stop feeling stuck and can expand the creativity and growth.

Let’s work together to make that happen for you.

Coaching Credentials:

My background is in Science with a BSc in Human Sciences, which helps me better understand the science behind how we work and how to tailor strategies for individual needs.

I am an AACC certified ADHD Coach from ADDCA, one of the only ADHD Coach training programmes accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) worldwide.
